Producer Entertainment Group Launches Live at The Art House

Drag Artist Ginger Minj will be in residence for the summer with an all-new show

PROVINCETOWN, MA (May 16, 2024) – Producer Entertainment Group (PEG) proudly announces its newest project in collaboration with Ginger Minj: programming the 2024 summer season at The Art House in Provincetown. Billed under the name Live at the Art House, the lineup will include premier talent from Broadway, Off-Broadway, Drag, Comedy, and queer entertainment fields. The season opens on Saturday, June 22, and is scheduled to run through September of this year.

PEG is an LGBTQ+-owned and operated artist management company and record label proudly representing many of the world’s top drag queens and LGBTQ+ talent. They support all aspects of their clients’ careers, including development, recording, filming, retail, and touring. PEG will program and operate The Art House with a team based in Provincetown.

“When we were presented with this opportunity, we knew it was a unique chance to bring new and returning talent to Provincetown, an iconic LGBTQ+ destination where many of our artists have performed for many years,” said Ryan Aceto, Partner and PEG Records Head of A&R. “We are thrilled to reinvigorate The Art House and make it a lively source of entertainment and tourist revenue for the area, and join the other great venues in town in showcasing diverse queer performing artists.”

“Provincetown’s many vibrant offerings of world-class LGBTQ+ talent and events come from both within the community and from those who wish to participate in and contribute to Ptown’s magic from all over,” said Trevor Pittinger, executive director of the Provincetown Business Guild (PBG.) “The PBG is excited to highlight the roster of queer talent PEG plans to present as yet another fabulous reason for visitors to come play and experience everything we have to offer.”

Alongside a rotating schedule of touring talent, drag artist Ginger Minj will be in residency at the Art House for the summer with Gidget Galore in The Broads’ Way 2: Electric Boobaloo. This glittering sequel to The Broad’s Way (that played in Ptown last year and in theatres across the country) is filled with musical numbers, costume changes, and hilarious physical humor. The Broads’ Way 2 opens June 22 and runs Wednesdays - Saturdays at 8:00 pm throughout the summer (except July 13-26). Tickets are on sale now at liveatthearthouse.com.
